Or just serve'm up with cobs of corn..

Maybe y'all should open up your own n'owleans style restaurant... but why waste good food?! I gotta pay an arm and a leg for good seafood in my area (indiana...far from the gooodies...) and here you just want to exterminate a delicacy?!

The thing is more that they are encouraging folk to kill-off the American Signal Crayfish, which since its introduction to the UK in the 70s, has spread to watercourses over a very large portion of the country. Displacing & now seriously jeapordising the native White Clawed Crayfish in the process.

Scotland is about the last part of the UK where the watercourses are largely free of them & we really don't want to see that change as the more agressive US species can upset the natural balance in a number of unwanted ways.

yeah, yeah, yeah... i understand that they are..off setting the balance...
we have a problem in our great lakes.. that came from other ships apparently.. and its like a disease.. its goingto HAVE TO be taken care of.. or else.

i understand that... i get that..
but if your going to just kill a fish.. that is a luxury for others... why not eat it or make a profit off of it?! i mean.. is n'owleans low on produce? because of over harvesting?... maybe they could USE the pest that you dont desire.. make money!!

i'd eat it. and of course make a profit off of it. but of course.. im not a fish expert and i dont have the tastebuds of the bestest seafood.. but, hell. neither does half of our nation... im a land person.. but, whene'er i go back down thar.. i'll be hittin the nastie crawfish cookin'!!!! one mans trash is another mans treasure!!!IMO

and like i said.. maybe it would be nice to open up a small crawfish shack.. a eaterie that serves mardi gras food... if you havent one... and maybe im stupid. i guess i was just dreamin again. of course, i dont have the funds to keep up with my dreams... and it probably wouldnt pan out. hey.. it was just a suggestion..
