Too true, HJ

I hope you don't mind me saying that you contacted me asking to withdraw from the board given the spectacular (!!) entry you made..

That's no problem, but as I've always said 'If someone is gonna fall flat on their face, do it properly!'

Warm welcome Jimmy how did an Englishman get a name like HELLOJIMMY

Can we call you Jimmy, enjoy the sight.

Where do you come from in England. Is it a nice place to live. I am very nosy

How did I get my name? That's down to my pal who for a laugh in the pub'll say 'Hey Jimmy it's your turn to get the beers in!' I usually respond with a poor (no, a really bad) impersonation of Rab C Nesbitt to which I'm rewarded with a couple of elocution lessons. Did I mention he's Scottish?..

I am sure now you have read all the welcome messages you will realise we really are a friendly bunch. A bit mad at times but human. Enjoy the site.

So, which part of England do you come from and is it nice to live in, have you been affected by the floods. I understand some of the areas have had a bad time last year, and not much better this. Some of the residents are still not able to live in their houses.

I live in't North West pet and am stuck up on't Pennines near't Yorkshire border - Ah yes, I feel much better now I've got that off mi chest!

No Lydia, flooding isn't a problem where I live but it knows how to rain when clouds come in from the West as the Pennines trap 'em and then it's on with the wellies, hat and Pakamac..
