That's the same as me Lydia. I managed to stay awake until they started on about a recount, then changed it to a part recount. By then I was brain dead so crawled away to sleep - still all out of kilter today though. A brilliant result and they worked so hard to achieve it.

It makes us all proud of them, they did work hard, nice feeling. I thought Salmond was reasonably reserved in victory, I think I would have thumbed my nose. I had to be up at 6.30 to take my car to the garage + 3 x 12 year old boys who stayed up as well. What a night to choose for a sleepover. I could not shout at the telly, I had to be very good. We all have nearly closed eyes, early bed tonight.

I see TLJ's back. Thank God. I hadn't seen him since the by-election and was worried he'd run off with Maggie Curran!

Viewing the BBC news and Sky news pundits this morning, the comments on the Election victory was pretty well muted, seeming to be more about the Prime Minister's future. One pundit said that this was more about a no confidence vote on Labour and the PM in particular. Further, the experts commented that the majority of us are not in favour of separation!
