Everybody thinks that their own driving is OK (mine's perfect - never made a driving error! ) but what's your pet hate about other drivers?

Here's my top three to get the ball rolling.

1/. The "40MPH CLUB" Same speed where ever they go - motorway, 60, 50, 40, 30 or 20 speed restrictions.
2/. The "Middle-laner's". Never move from the middle lane on a motorway, even if their life depends on it.
3/. Caravans AAARRRGGGHHH!!

What's everyone else's? Come on, you know you want to...

BMW drivers....they should get a rebate on their Road Fund tax since they only ever use one lane on the motorway !!!!!!

I hate cyclists who go the wrong way around at a round about crossing and think they have the same right to go in the wrong direction as the cyclist who is going in the right way and he /she can tinkle their bells at you expecting you to move out the way. Never had a problems with dutch drivers at a crossing, very generous!

When i phone people from work and they say they are driving, i say i'll call back later. 9 times out of 10, they ask what i'm calling about (long winded). I feel like saying "i'm not talking to you while you are endangering lives, goodbye"

Seriously folk who can't see arrows indicating the flow and drive at you!
I'm afraid I resort to the Anglo Saxon in these cases!

Why is it that the worst offenders for hand-helds (apart from white van drivers) are those in the most expensive cars ? You'd think they could afford a bluetooth !

I would have thought for you it would be private car driver - they could have called for a taxi/private hire instead !!

Drivers who don't signal their intention and conversely drivers who set their turn indicators blinking but then don't turn!

I have two pet hates...

the first is the nutters that seem to think its safe to pass 4 or 5 cars no matter what might be round the next corner thats fast approaching!

The second is being a passenger in a car... I hate NOT being in control and actually still get travel sick as a result!

O.k., here goes..... Drivers who drive too slowly. Drivers who constantly look like they are looking for a street i.e. slow down, look up at a street name, speed up to 15mph, slow down again, etc. Drivers who don't say thank you when I let them out or pull in to let them past, glaikit b@st@rds! Drivers who take up two parking spaces. Drivers who play the doof-doof music at full blast. Don't do it, it's crap and yer showin yer age. Drivers who pull away from the traffic lights at minus 5mph so they are the only ones who get through then the lights turn red again . Drivers who indicate they are turning right but don't move forward so you can't get past them to go straight ahead or turn left . Drivers who take up two lanes because they thought they were turning left but decided they should go right but the filter's not on for them yet. Jeezo, I should stop now. I'm gonna have a lie down!

I am glad to see that there is someone else who has the same pet hates regarding other drivers as me

But my real pet hate is those cars towing caravans or RV drivers who decide to go in convoy along a main road and do not pull in for the 2-3 (or more) mile queue happening behind them on roads such as the A96.

Number 2 hate is the 50mph driver who is sudddenly able to do 70mph on the dual carriageway sections of the A9.

I hate people who smoke whilst driving. They fanny about getting the ciggie out then fiddle with the lighter. If it's dangerous to use a moby when driving how much worse is smoking a fag? BTW the people you see smoking all look like half wits.
