The poor little dog but I'm surprised his owner didn't see him eating at least some of them and train him not to.

One of my neighbours has two little yorkies and the male ties to eat small pebbles unless he's roared at. As soon as he realises you've seen him he's all innocence.

Dunno Brenna, my wee horror eats tissue paper. We need to hide all tissues, the toilet roll, everything. She sneaks into the pockets of visitors and steals tissues; she can sniff them out from quite a distance.

I am really not too bad at training and she can do so many tricks we can pretend to shoot her, when we walk past her we point a finger say bang and she drops down and pretends to be dead. However, train her not to eat tissue I have failed miserably. I get scared because I keep thinking it will block her bowels.
Hasn’t this turned into a delicate cheery post?

I should probably have said, "try to train him not to". When we "inherited" Lady she came fully trained as she was 15 months old.

yeah we had a jack russell called ralph and when he'd done something he knew he shouldn't have he'd look ever so guilty but we both knew he'd do it again anyway.

He snuck off three times in three months and came back poisoned the first was the friday before xmas the following thursday my kids were 12 and 7 and we thought he'd die as he got slowly worse staggering and bumping into things and it was heartbreaking as the vet came out on the sunday and sedated him and said if he's not better bring him in tomorrow on your way to work.

So I carried a very nearly dead dog into the vets on monday morning and went to work and spent all day thinking of how to tell the boys and how it'd affect our xmas. When I got back to the vet's at 5.30 who should come trotting towards me but that bloody stupid dog until he got about halfway across the office then you could see him start to wonder how he'd got there and if he might be in trouble.

Then he did exactly the same on the next two full moons.

Dogs and kids who'd have em.
