Here's a handy hint. Always carry a tape measure on you person. If you can see less than 1 km through the cloud of water droplets, it is known as fog. If you can see between 1 and 2 km, it is called mist. You will also need a friend to stand at t'other end of the tape measure. Don't say you don't get yer education on Scotsgait.

Never thought of that! I was kinda wondering if most folk carried around a 2km tape measure though.
