Hi

I saw the site mentioned in the Herald blogs and I thought I'd nip over for a chat noo and again.
I'm 48, married with two teenage daughters still at home and about to be a Grandad for which I am far too wrinkle free and young looking. I like music and strum a bit on the acoustic guitar, I read a lot but only factual stuff - can't seem to get into novels. Same with the telly, just documentaries and dat sart af ting. I like Time Team very much although I find everybody on it intensly irritating.
I shout and pontificate at the telly and the radio a lot.

I'd agree with your selection, but there's a fair few here already, particularly from the forum.

I think the Herald threads are now pretty appalling actually. Too many posts now are just rants and spoil the whole thing. All sides are guilty of it and its vile. I'm not sure Scotsgait would last long if that sort of thing is transferred here.

I laughed so much at one thread the other night ah about hurt masel!

"Farquinella" posted something incredibly Braveheart-esque. When I suggested this to "her", "she" disappeared. I guess we can add "Farquinella" to "The Guv'nor" and "Tammy Troot".

I wonder if he dresses in character when he posts?
